Credit Card on File: Credit cards will be required for online booking. The card numbers are not visible to practitioners or staff. This will not be charged unless treatment is delivered, or cancellation policy is breached, and other payment methods are not used.
Credit Card Surcharge Fee: there will be a 2.4% surcharge fee for all credit card payments. You can use alternative payment methods such as a debit card or cash. For returning clients, eTransfer might also be an option.
24 Hr Cancellation Policy: If an appointment is cancelled or forgotten within 24 hours of the treatment time, the credit card on file will be charged according to our late cancellation / no show policy.

Zdenka is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC), specializing in a diverse range of conditions such as acute and chronic pain, stress-related issues like anxiety and depression, digestive disorders, neurological concerns, menopausal symptoms, sleep disorders, and musculoskeletal conditions.
Originally from Slovakia, Zdenka completed her university studies in both Slovakia and Japan, earning a master’s degree in science, which eventually led her to move to Ireland and then to Canada in 2010. Her journey into holistic medicine began after the birth of her children. Few years later, she transitioned from a career in health care to Chinese Medicine following her own healing experience with acupuncture.
Zdenka graduated from PCU College of Holistic Medicine (Vancouver Career College) and looks forward working with you to help you achieve a better balance of mind, body, and spirit.
